
Pro Arbeit – Kreis Offenbach – (AöR) Kommunales Jobcenter (coordinator)
Since January 1, 2005, Pro Arbeit – Kreis Offenbach – (AöR) has served as the municipal job center responsible for providing basic income support for jobseekers under the German Social Code II (SGB II) in the district of Offenbach.
As a municipal job center, its legal mandate is to support people in social need. The core responsibilities include providing financial assistance to ensure the livelihood of benefit recipients and supporting their integration into the labor market, enabling them to sustain themselves independently in the long term.
Pro Arbeit’s employer service offers holistic, client-oriented support for companies in the regional labor market – with a comprehensive range of services related to the placement of qualified candidates.
The European Project Management (EPM) is a young and innovative team of Pro Arbeit, established to implement transnational projects that enable the organization to actively participate at the European level. The team not only takes part in various project consortia but also contributes its experience and expertise to European bodies working toward a social and inclusive Europe.

SYNTHESIS CENTER FOR RESEARCH AND EDUCATION LTD
SYNTHESIS Center for Research and Education is a pioneering organization that initiates and implements projects of social impact, particularly on social inclusion, entrepreneurship, migrant integration, and sustainability. SYNTHESIS is the leading organization in the country in the fields of social entrepreneurship and social innovation. It founded HUB NICOSIA, an educational center and a community of organizations with cultural, environmental, and social aims. For more than five years, SYNTHESIS has been running “The Social Café,” a unique initiative aiming at the empowerment of migrants, refugees, and other vulnerable groups. In 2022, within the ESF+ program, SYNTHESIS led the National Competence Center for Social Innovation.
As an adult education provider, SYNTHESIS focuses on the development of training programmes that enhance the personal and employment skills of people, particularly those who experience or at risk of social exclusion including the elderly, migrants, refugees and asylum seekers, NEET youth, women, youth and adults with learning or emotional difficulties, people with disabilities, and those people with fewer opportunities.

University of Macedonia
The University of Macedonia was established in its current form in 1990 and is located in Thessaloniki, in Northern Greece. It is a State University under the responsibility of the Ministry of Education. It is a dynamic institution with four faculties consisting of eight undergraduate academic departments covering thirty graduate programs (Master Degrees) in disciplines with a high demand in the labour market. About 16.000 undergraduate and 2.000 graduate students attend courses in the University of Macedonia. They key areas of interest are related to the fields of economics, administration, applied informatics and social and political sciences. The decision making bodies are the senate, the rector and the council. The University of Macedonia employees 241 people as teaching and research staff of various academic levels and 187 technical and administrative employees. Also, the Research Committee employs a number o researcher and scientific staff during the implementation of research projects. The purpose of the Research Committee of the University of Macedonia is the supply and administration of funds from any source, intended to cover costs of any kind required for the purpose of research, educational, training, development and continuing education projects and projects for scientific, technological and artistic services.
The Department of Business Administration of the University of Macedonia aims at preparing skilled professionals for the recruitment of businesses of any type and size operating in the private or public sector within the Greek and European social and financial system at local, national or multinational level. The accomplishment of the Department’s mission is founded on the principle of a complete, sophisticated and critical theoretical training required for competitive business executives.
