The SEQ Learning Model Framework (Deliverable 2.3 under WP2) is an evidence-based methodology designed to support NEET youth in developing and validating social and emotional skills within the social economy context. Based on the project’s transnational research findings, the framework promotes a modular and practice-oriented approach focused on behavioural competences, scenario-based learning, and employability readiness. Available in English, German, and Greek, it is built around four core components: common guidelines, skill taxonomy, performance benchmarks, and implementation methodology aligned with social economy work patterns.
